Sandy Cove

Sandy Cove is one of West Vancouver’s smallest and most private waterfront pockets, a handful of streets gathered around a sheltered cove on the western stretch of Marine Drive.

The Character

It feels tucked away because it is. Through traffic has no reason to be here, so the streets stay quiet and the people you pass are almost always neighbours. The cove itself sets the tone: a small beach, calm water on a still day, and sunsets straight out over the Strait.

Homes step down the slope toward the water, which means a large share of them hold genuine ocean views, and the few directly on the shoreline are among the most tightly held properties in the municipality.
